Very poor response from Administration. Calls placed to the Human Resource and I get transferred to a generic voice mail. The samething occurs when I ask to speak to the administrator. Then when I call back again the receptionist voiced I will transfer you to another staff member who can give you the extension number to speak ro the person you are looking to speak with. When speaking to that staff member again I get transferred to a generic voice mail. I beleive approximately 1.5 weeks of trying to speak to a person. With no response is very poor customer service. I hope the facility is more responsive to patients families then they are to past and current employees.

This is the worst place to put a loved one. I wouldn’t put my dog here. U ring the call bell, which is extremely old, & u wait for 2 hours for someone to come. My mom has been here for 2 weeks. She has a bedsore & a UTI. The dr is a joke too.

My grandmother was a patient here after having a fall at home. She stayed for rehab for a short time, chose to continue her stay long term because the staff was wonderful to her and made it easier in her every day living.

I was a resident here for awhile after surgery the nursing staff was wonderful physical therapist had me up and doing everything I need to go home earlier then expected the food service was great even the administration were very nice the place was always clean housekeeping did a great job I will definitely go there if ever needed again so Thank you to everyone I had contact with while there
