Ema Care Pharmacy

I been a loyal customer of this pharmacy for 7 years! I call for my script and they say they’re waiting. I called my brother (who I put onto the pharmacy 2/3 years ago) when’s the last time you filled your script. He says yesterday! I have pain medicine that I been taking for years and it’s impossible to go weeks without, but that’s what they did! No loyalty or anything! That pharmacist guy abused his authority and this is really crazy! So, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! I have 100,000 followers, I’ll get them outta business!

They are nice but not the most efficient when it comes to processing insurance issues. I have a discount card for a particular medication. They would not accept the card, claiming I am on government assistance insurance, which I’m not as I am a former federal employee. I could not get them to grasp the concept that there are people who actually work for the government, and the government pays a portion of their health insurance, as opposed to someone who is on public assistance, Medicare or Medicaid. I had to call customer service for the discount card. Luckily the customer service rep had some experience and advised me to give the pharmacist a number to call. I gave the number to the pharmacist and he made the call. It took an additional hour for him to accept the information and process

I am very pleased with the staff of Emacare pharmacy. They've been very courteous, respectful, & very punctual on their deliveries. I also commend their drivers. Keep up the excellent job
