Elmora Hills Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center

In October 2025 I spent ten days after back surgery at Elmora Hills Healthcare for Rehabilitation. This was my second Rehab at Elmora Hill after back surgery. I was there in 2015. Both times my experiences were wonderful. The atmosphere was very happy, friendly and nurturing. All of the staff was outstanding from the Social worker, Charge Nurse Rose, Floor Nurses Shanesha and Leachita and other support members Advida, Mary, Jeanna, Physical and Occupational therapists including all others whose names I do not remember, but played a part in my recovery. The facility was clean and well maintained and my room was comfortable. I definitely recommend Elmora Hills for Rehab Thank you all very much for providing a warm and safe environment (please forgive any misspelled names)

I walked in and witnessed my grandmother having a severe nosebleed and no one came to assist her. Prior to this, as I was walking to my grandmothers room. I witnessed a staffing yelling at a patient that he was “ pissing him off “. This is very unprofessional and very concerning. On multiple occasions I have to bring my grandmother food because the food isnt edible at times. I have a video of her knocking on her bread with a fork because the bread was extremely hard. The professionalism and integrity of this place has tremendously declined.

If I could leave a 0-star review, I would this place is definitely the most horrible decision we as a family made for our grandmother. She went in after having an excellent surgery done at the hospital and went in to have some knee and hip rehab. She was there for a month and when she first arrived, she weighed 125lbs but the time she was rushed out of there in an ambulance she was weighting 93lbs. I understand the fact that she is 102 and has lived an amazing life but that doesn't mean that care should be denied or forgotten because of that age. My mother had to be there almost every day because if she wouldn't go, they would not feed her or clean her. On Monday 1.26.26 my mom went around lunch time to feed her and couldn't find her, she was in the dining area so hunched over in her wheel

Very clean facility with kind, compassionate caretakers and delicious meals. Very conveniently located with available parking for visitors and accessible by public transit. Very grateful to management for their considerate support of residents individual needs.

We had a very positive experience at this rehab center. The staff was kind, attentive, and truly caring. The food exceeded our expectations, and Nathan went above and beyond to help accommodate our family’s needs. We’re very thankful for his dedication.
