Elm Pharmacy has been an incredible supplier of our son’s special formula. As soon as insurance approved Elm as the vendor, working with them has been very smooth. They are very organized with their refill process and sometimes even ship out the same or next day. It’s very hard to find his formula in stores to begin with, so knowing that we’ll get our refills in a timely manner puts me at ease. We only received one busted can over the past eight months—they remedied the situation immediately and sent us a replacement can. Highly recommend

I've been a customer of this pharmacy for a long time. The woman who works there behaves terribly; she's always unhappy and acts like she's doing me a favor by working there. She just throws the bag of medications at me and walks away. And if you ask a question, she snaps back like an angry dog ​​and says she's busy. She has no time for customers; hire more staff! I bought probiotics there for $40, and she added another $20 in tax because I was paying with a credit card. I've never seen such taxes anywhere else. Most medications need to be ordered, and you have to wait for delivery. Many times they haven't given me the full amount of medication and didn't even inform me about it.
