Dr. Norman is not only my dentist, but also a valued member of my medical team. He is witty, compassionate, and trauma-informed. Despite my persistent anxiety, he consistently finds ways to help me feel relaxed, safe, and cared for. His professionalism and kindness make a difficult experience so much easier, and it is clear he genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. I am grateful for the quality of care I receive from Dr. Norman for two decades and highly recommend him.

Elm family dental is great! The staff are all very helpful and so nice. Dr. Norman is efficient without being barbaric and is constantly making sure you're comfortable. I've been going to them for many years and have never had any issues. Definitely recommend :)

I’ve been going to Elm Family Dental since I was a little girl and since then, I’ve always felt comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Norman is my dentist. Dr. Norman is remarkable, and truly God-sent. He keeps you informed about his plan and invites you to look at your x-rays with him. As an individual whose main goal is to have better oral health, this is extremely helpful! Unfortunately I had a such bad experience with poor service and I asked 3 times of my appointment, but no response!I,ve waiting for 20 minutes and I got no apology! So I decided to leave to another client that be on time .
