Ellis Pediatrics

Have been seeing Doctor Ellis since my baby was born and had no complaints. Was always pleasant, reassuring and understanding . My visit this past week was nothing like I before and instead of doing a review I messaged her directly about how I felt and didn't even receive an acknowledgment of the message or a simple apology. My baby is 1 and I'm a first time mom experiencing back to back congestion and instead of simply explaining why antibiotics don't need to be re-prescribed or explaining the danger or risk . I was told it simply won't do anything that followed with an extremely defensive tone and poor attitude that was unwarranted. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ellis at Ellis Pediatrics. As a new mom, every little thing seemed like a huge worry, but Dr. Ellis always knew how to calm me down and reassure me that everything was going to be alright. I really appreciated how patient she was with my daughter, and how she could tell when I was feeling anxious. She always took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident and comfortable. The staff there is amazing too! Everyone always made going to the doctor a pleasant experience and made us feel so comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Ellis and her team!

Every child deserves a pediatrician like Dr. Ellis. As a military family, we’ve moved often and experienced a wide range of pediatric care, and Dr. Ellis is truly one of a kind. She genuinely cares and it shows in every interaction. Because she runs her own practice, you’re not just another chart in a large hospital system, you’re seen, heard, and valued. She’s responsive, thorough, and never makes you feel rushed. Whether it’s getting paperwork done quickly or just being available when needed, she goes above and beyond. I hope she knows how deeply appreciated she is, not just by us, but by every family lucky enough to have her.

All 4 of my children have received top notch care from Dr. Ellis. They were being seen at a different office by her until she decided to get her own practice and we followed right along! She is very caring and takes her time with my children. Front desk is quick with answering the phone/ call backs and the nurse is great too. Thank you for being great!
