Elliot Urgent Care at Londonderry

I do not go here for urgent care, this is the building I go to for my primary care provider. She is an Np and does a very good job at trying to make sure that my medical needs and issues are under control. Anyone in the facility has been kind and helpful. From the check-in front desk to support staff and especially the PA I felt safe and comfortable with every decision the staff made. I brought my wife to this location because she dropped a 45lb plate on her foot at the gym. I believe since I am colored and have tattoos they automatically assumed that I hurt her. They pulled her to the side after the X ray and said That they wanted to make sure she was safe at home because the women out front had concerns about her spouse and possible domestic violence. Which I’m unsure how me helping her walk into the building and doing nothing but making sure she is okay would give anyone this impression. They then proceeded to look at her X-rays for all of two minutes and came in to give her a boot for her foot and send us on our way. Upon leaving we realized they gave a us a boot meant for a right foot for her left foot…. Would not recommend !!!

I will start out by saying that the front desk people and the medical staff were nice and friendly, but after receiving the bill and getting an idea of the shady billing practices I had to leave a review. I hurt my hand biking with my children and went to the "Urgent Care" as a lower cost option than the emergency room do to a flat co-pay rate for "Urgent Care" that my medical plan has. I had an assessment of my hand and they were concerned their may be broken bones and X-Rayed my hand. Luckily no broken bones just a severe sprain. Then comes billing. I was charged a $40 doctor fee and then billed separately as a "hospital outpatient" for the X-Ray. Apparently, because the Urgent care is a part of Elliot Hospitals, they have a policy of submitted X-Rays/imaging/and a plethora of other pr
