They are the worst there customer service sucks the manager she acts like all she wants is money out of people I took my glasses that I bought from them for $3000 to just get a nose bridge fix she told me or she cannot fixed it. I need a whole new glasses call her back over the phone and let her know that I still have insurance on my glasses. She said to bring it in took it in she told me that I will not have to pay anything for it then after 2 week nothing called them back they completely forgot all about my glasses that I dropped off then she’s gonna call me back and tell me oh she just ordered the part and it’s gonna be $400. They very unprofessional, and I will never, or I would not be for anyone to go to them.
