Huge complex of multiple medical businesses. Urgent care, which is located around back, MRI and imaging, which I took my son for a needed visit, physical therapy and several other medical services located in either upper or lower levels of the building. To find the MRI imaging, you enter through the front and head downstairs to the lower level. Large lobby, but, no information desk. Plenty of parking 🅿️.

I share a review with others regarding their billing process - and paid a 100$ copay at the time of visit, to later receive what I am now told is a second 100$ copay for seeing the physician. I can not recommend use of their Urgent Care facility for this reason; you are better off using another urgent care facility.

I am primarily having a problem with the billing department. The problem was that the internal billing misapplied on two co-pays from urgent care. The result was they overbilled me and I made the mistake of paying the bill. After further scrutiny I realized that I should not have received another bill. I have contacted the billing department starting on November 23 and was told that they recognized the error and it would take 4 weeks for a refund. As of this morning (Feb 8 2022) and eleven calls later, I am still hearing "the check is in the mail" and I am still waiting. I have a pending complaint with the Better Business Bureau so we see.

Do NOT go to this facility. They are not transparent about their billing practices, and you will get a surprise bill from Elliot Hospital. This facility bills as a hospital, and make no effort to share that information with patients, nor do they take accountability. Do yourself a favor and go to another urgent care or walk-in clinic.

All they wanna do is just push pills on people and not actually fully listen to what actually helps melt the most and I’ve just been being ran around this whole entire time for weeks And all Dr. Oliver wants to do is push pills on his patients instead of actually listening to the actual patient
