My children have been going to this practice since 2006. Not only my children this was also my pediatrician’s office. After today I will be looking elsewhere. I have never been treated so poorly by any doctor let alone a pediatrician. Dr. Jaiswal was so rude and dismissive. Just to set the scene, my 10 year old was diagnosed with strep on Wednesday. She has not gotten any better in fact she is getting significantly worse. I called the nurse hotline for advice because none of my 5 children have ever had this type of symptoms with strep. The nurse told me I needed to bring her back in to be checked to make sure the medicine was working. I have been bringing my children to your office since 2024, and from the very first visit, I have experienced ongoing issues with billing. Despite having valid health insurance coverage and providing all the necessary information, both your front desk and billing department have repeatedly failed to recognize it. I have made multiple attempts to clarify the situation, both in person and over the phone. Last year, after several weeks of back-and-forth and assistance from an insurance representative, the issue was finally resolved. Our child has been a patient here since he was two days old, and with every visit we have been impressed with the service we have received from everyone: doctors, nurses, and front office staff. Any time we have a concern we call into the nurse helpline, and the nurses take the time to listen to us and dispense their judgment, or tell us that we need to make an appointment. This is so helpful as a parent, as I don't always know what can be answered quickly versus what needs a more thorough examination. We have worked primarily with Dr. Berger who has been a wonderful resource to us. She is thorough, compassionate, and professional. I have been using this practice since 2021..ish I was initially a bit skeptical but overall my experiences with the providers have been good. I really like Dr.Santos and Dr.Cahill . There are seven providers I think and I have had my kids seen by three. The hours are fairly flexible and appointments are fairly available. It depends. I have switched pediatricians a lot over the past 5 yrs and I am content here.

Extremely Disappointed with the Care and Service. They give me a hard time every time I come! Our experience with this pediatric office in Ellicott City has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Every time we’ve come in with a serious concern about our child’s health, we’re met with indifference and unhelpful responses. Instead of receiving real guidance or a plan of action, we're told things like “I think it might be this,” followed by “I don’t know” when we ask what to do next. There’s no sense of urgency or compassion. Making appointments is also a nightmare. We’re often placed on hold for 45 minutes or more, only to be told to “call back within two hours,” which is completely unreasonable—especially when dealing with a sick child.
