Typically love this eye doctor but as my insurance had changed I called to make an eye appointment, told them my new insurance. Not until hours after my appointment, picked out and paid for a new pair of glasses they call and tell me my insurance is not covered there and I would have to pay for my exam. I am not sure the procedure for checking insurance before taking a client but I would think you should let someone know their insurance is not covered before you book an appointment. After 6 years of being here I will now be looking for a new eye doctor.
Best Optometrist EVER!!! Dr. liebowitz really listens!!! And her prescriptions are perfection!
The absolute Best optometrist I've ever been to.
Been going for over 20 yrs. Very professional and knowledgeable.
