Amazing, amazing experience! We are seasonal in Naples and had not previously had need of a dentist. My wife had a tooth crack and she reached out to Dr. Pfent's office based on a friend's recommendation. She was welcomed by both the staff and Dr. Pfent as if she had been a lifelong patient! They worked her into the schedule, coordinated with her dentist back in Ohio, and followed up very thoroughly. It was an awesome experience and we now have a permanent dentist in Naples as we extend the time we spend down here each year. Thank you Dr. Pfent and staff!

Dr. Pfent and her staff are warm and wonderful. They are very thorough and you'll feel like you are in good hands- literally. They take insurance, which many dentists do not. I highly recommend this practice.

Frustrating! I have been a patient for many many years and have left voicemail after voicemail with no response. I receive a recording every single time I call during regular business hours ( 4 messages recorded so far). The recording states how important my call is to them, but I never receive a return call to make an appointment or pay my remaining balance following insurance. The pressure to up sell dental work has also increased significantly. I highly recommend getting a second opinion if you elect to utilize their services.

Terri, the hygienist is a rockstar! She's very thorough. Dr. C is really kind and personable. The girls at the front desk are really sweet and helpful.
