Care Has Gone Downhill – Feeling Forgotten as a Patient I’ve been going to this OB-GYN office for a few years, but the quality of care has really gone downhill lately. The staff used to be attentive and responsive, but now it feels like patients are an afterthought. One major issue: while the office does offer vaccines, they completely forgot to offer one to me during my recent visit — something that should be standard protocol. This kind of oversight is concerning, especially in a healthcare setting where prevention and attention to detail are critical. Trying to get answers from a doctor has also become frustrating. I can not spread the word enough about Raquel and her nurses. I also can not say thank you enough for the level of care and compassion I was given at yesterday’s appointment. My first trip to this office was an unforgettable one and I will forever be grateful for that. If you want the best PA out there, and the sweetest nurses/medical assistants, this is the place for you. Thank you again to all the staff at this office.
