I absolutely recommend Elite PT particularly Stephanie McKay to anyone needing PT services! Stephanie is very professional, knowledgeable, bubbly and personable. She explained and demonstrated a combination of exercise, stretches, hands-on techniques to help me to restore function and relieve neck and shoulder soreness or pain. She insured that i used the correct form to address the cervicalgia pain I was experiencing- she was awesome while being so very personable - a delightful person, such an asset to Elite Physical Therapy. I see Dr. Antra and omg she’s amazing!!! I have very bad back problems, knots all over my shoulders and back, bloating problems, migraine problems and other issues haha I did dried needles and it seemed to help at first, she was wonderful and knew the right spot of the tension I had. She tries to work with what’s best for your body and it’s almost like she has this healing magic that she’ll touch wherever it hurts presa her hands there for a while and then it will go away temporarily. I would come with bad migraines and she knew where to press in the back of my head and she’d take them away! She’s a wonderful person and definitely recommend her!
