Elite Eye Care: Cade Wilson O.D.

Great optometry facility. I've seen both Dr. Fowler and Dr. Wilson and they are both very nice, thorough, and explain everything to you that's happening during your visit as well as answer any and all questions you may have. The staff has always been friendly and they help you with everything from how to insert and remove contacts for first time users to repairing minor damages with eyeglasses. Overall, excellent.

Dr Fowler was wonderful. He made me feel comfortable and well taken care of as he fitted me for new contacts as well as new glasses. The staff is always extremely nice and helpful. Before moving to town, I used to drive an hr just to go to Elite Eye Care! They’re the best and make every visit a delightful! I highly recommend!! Thank you!

At time of the appointment I paid in full for my contacts. Not only did they forget to order my contacts, but when they came in 3 weeks later, the office manager refused to give them to me until I paid for the appointment in full. Unfortunately, I fell into insurance fraud and communicated to their insurance lady, Brenda, that the kinks were being worked out and that they will be paid what is owed. She mentioned if I would just pay $25 now, they’d release my contacts. The next day I went to elite on Highland to pay the $25 so they’d release my contacts (again that I have already paid for in full), but they wouldn’t let them go unless I paid $45…. Needless to say, I’ll be finding a new eye clinic. Very poor costumer service for a patient who has been loyal and timely with payments for year

I've been a customer for over 15 years and I've seen both Dr. Fowler & Dr. Wilson in that time. I appreciate the in-depth exam that I receive, and I've never had a problem with the glasses either. Friendly & efficient staff, and their newer location is pleasant as well. I would recommend Elite with no reservations!

Almost my hole family went today. Took us 2 at a time. Girls were great. The Doc was Owsome. They are great with kids. Grandson (5yrs.)couldn't stop talking to him. He went couple weeks ago. That's why we decided to just take hole Family.
