Elite eye care

Dr. Stevens was very knowledgeable and kind. She answered all of my questions and clearly explained my options. The staff, especially the optician was also very kind. She adjusted my frame without me needing to ask and they fit like new. I’m happy to have an eye care location so close to home. I called with an additional question after getting home. The receptionist answered quickly and was able to get a response for me on the same call. I really appreciate the kindness they showed me today!

Good doctors but shady billing and services added on. I have insurance that covers my appointment but they are never clear on what is additional and what’s not. There are much better optometrists around.

The receptionist cancelled my appointment because I was 10 minutes late. I was delayed due to my train being stuck. Felt like an excuse as there was no one waiting and no doctors appeared to be in. Thoroughly unprofessional and complete waste of my time.

I’ve been here twice before. While the first visit was fine, the second time the staff came across as unprofessional and dismissive, which was disappointing. On top of that, I’m now having trouble reaching them — I’ve been calling to ask a simple question about my prescription (which seems to be missing information), but no one is picking up. I shouldn’t have to book and pay for another appointment just to clarify something that may have been miswritten. I really want to find a good, reliable place, but they need to improve both professionalism and communication.

Dr. Stevens is great, unfortunately never coming back since I've been waiting for a month and a half for them to get a pair of medically necessary prescription sunglasses back correctly, and the front desk person has been giving me the runaround, and making up lies about causes of the delay, including an elaborate one about how they're waiting for the insurance company to send the lenses (insurance companies don't do this).
