Not ideal for autistic adults. Unless you're high masking or able to provide any sensory accommodations you might need, they have no idea how to deal with autistic adults. Even after mentioning it at 3 separate appointments, they also don't seem to WANT to improve the experience of autistic adults. So, I'd recommend going somewhere else if you have high sensory needs.

The place use to be great years ago. It seems like some of the receptionists are the main foundation of the place when you do really need experienced dentists as well. My daughter came in with no pain prior to the visit, received a small filling, and left with extreme pain that lasted for days! We’ve walked in for an emergency visit following the weekend of suffering to just be thrown aside despite the fact. I officially hate this office.

This is my second experience with this business. First time I drove over 45 minutes for a new patient visit that was made over a month in advance. Insurance information was provided at the time appointment was scheduled. I come in day of appointment. “Sorry we do not accept your insurance” “We can’t find it online and we are unable to call the insurance at the moment to verify eligibility” was wha they told me. SHOULDNT THAT HAVE BEEN CHECKED A MONTH AGO BEFORE SCHEDULING NE? DO GOU NOT DO PRE-APPOINTMENT CHECK DAYS BEFORE AND NOT DAY OF APPOINTMENT? That should have been it for me. Today I go online and I see that they see same day emergency appointments. So I clicked on schedule, I clicked on appointment type “emergency cracked tooth” it gave me a few different time options for Saturday.

I mean everytime I come I have an appointment and it takes well over a hour to be seen then once placed in the back it’s still a long wait. If you plan on coming here please have a clear schedule because they’re very slow and do not care about appointment times I literally hate this place

My daughter loved it and we plan on going back. Now that her 8 month brother has teeth he is going here also.
