Elite Dental - Germantown

My last two visits were less than hoped for. This past visit on 3/5 was the worst. I showed up at 1:15 for a 1:30 appointment. I did not get called to the back until 2:10 although people who showed up after me were called back before me. When I was taken to the back they put me in a chair and left me there another 50 minutes until I walked out at 3pm. No communication about running late, no apology for the inconvenience no offer to reschedule in light of their obvious delays in service. They said nothing to me at all. When I left I told the front desk attendant I was leaving because I’ve been waiting for one hour and 45 minutes for my appointment to start and all she said was “sorry”. Since their business is doing so well they won’t mind me taking my business to a dentist that act

My review is to highlight the exceptional service of Ciara !!! After being delayed for almost a year for documentation of my crowning to be sent over to my insurance, I had spoken to two different individuals at least 3 times including the supervisor or manager on site, whom all seemed not to be receptive of my needs. With growing frustration, I am Happy with the results of Ciara’s work. She thoroughly went through my records and was able to get the process started, she followed up as she advised within the same day to communicate the process had started. Thank you Ciara! Your customer service, care and support is definitely appreciated.

I’ve been attending this place since I’ve been in Philly for 4 years but after today I showed up early but 20 mins and waited another 20 mins even after the scheduled time was set. I never had a problem with NJ dentist keeping an appointment time and when I show up I’m in the back within 5mins. I feel as though they don’t respect people privacy and laugh about peoples conditions … I wouldn’t recommend coming here . . . I usually do a few experiences before I just rate a place and I just don’t feel like my information is protected and the people here are not professional and don’t respect people’s time.

I recommend Elite Dental to Everyone if you want top notch quality and service .I had the best experience with them from the check in to the Dental Assistant. I truly appreciate how she explained everything that was being done so that my grandson would not have any fears And of course, the dentist himself was five star. I give a special shout out to the young ladies that handle the appointments, top-tier service. Do yourself a favor and go visit elite dental in Germantown.❤️❤️

Front desk staff are horrible. They lack professionalism and skill tremendously. They always overbook appointments & are rude to patients because of their lacks! Oh and they have some made up ridiculous policy that you can’t reschedule or cancel 10 appointments within an endless time frame or you’ll be removed from the patient list and put on walk-in status . Still have not seen the fine print on the policy yet as it was prohibited from me. The director should NEVER be her position because she’s incapable of fulfilling her job and servicing this community. At this point a lot of their practices appear to be fraudulent & will be investigated!
