Elite Dental

Good afternoon Google family. I visited for the first time today to get a cleaning done. I have not had a cleaning since June 2024. Dr. Prieus was the dentist who worked on me. I couldn't find it at first but then I called the office and they said near Save a Lot. I googled closest Save a Lot and then I discovered it was in the shopping center that I am familiar with. If the employee had said it was in the shopping center and it says Elite Dental, that would have saved me some steps. I waited, it seemed like an eternity to be waited on. I had checked in. Then finally they called me to fill out paperwork. I completed that and then it was a very long time when they called my name again. The worst dental office ever!!!!!!!!!!! They need to start over again with business. Their Costumer service is disappointing and a disgrace to the darby community , to front PSR’s to the back. I had a appointment to get my cavity filled , I was in the waiting room for sooo long , then when I finally got called in the back (after I had to speak up of how long I’ve been waiting btw) the dr. was rude, his body language/face was very arrogant and very much like he is in a rush. He looked like he was mad at the world. I walked out, he was not going to perform no procedure with that attitude… I will never step foot back in this office and all my family members will not be returning as well ! What they fail to realize is without the patient’s their NOTHING. They need the patients!!!!! …They nee

Not happy with this place at all. I always had the feeling they cleaned my child’s mouth “too quickly”. It would take forever to get called back, then the appt would be like 15 minutes. I wish i would have followed my gut, my son’s mouth was “fine” in June, switched dentists and suddenly he has 15 cavities. 15!!! I will be calling first thing in the morning, this doesn’t make any sense, and i don’t think they are doing their jobs correctly AT ALL!!!

They will get you scheduled quick, I've called the morning of and been seen the same day a few times. From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist, they are pretty friendly. BUTTT, don't expect to be seen within the first hour and a half. They take forever and I can't wait that long anymore. Last time I sat there for 3 hours only to see the dentist for 10 minutes. It doesn't matter the time of day or day of the week. Half your day is gone waiting there. Like I said, they're nice and all but you really will be there half a work day

came in for my 6 month cleaning today, i’ve been coming here for at-least 5 years. the ladies at the desk are all professional, kind, and get you scheduled right away. the dentist are respectful and informative while also being professional.
