I highly recommend Marshall Mathews. He is very good and knowledgeable. He can adjust my back with little to no discomfort. I saw Steve Forsberg for more than 20 years, and after Steve retired, I found Mathews. He uses the same methods, and I am very pleased with the care I receive.

Rating based on office manager interaction only. Attempted to schedule an appointment. Inquired about pricing, asked if I am able to find out pricing for treatment portion after evaluation based on providers recommendations. Office manager began to laugh over the phone. When I inquired what was so funny as I am simply trying to make sure I can pay for the services I am seeking. Tawny (office manager) said she is canceling my appointment and hanging up. Asked if I could speak to someone else as I felt that the manager was not understanding my request. My request was denied, and the manager hung up on me. Very unprofessional and degrading experience.

Elite Family Chiropractic is fantastic! After some unpleasant experiences at other practices, I was admittedly skeptical to try another chiropractor. But Dr. Mathews was so quick to negate my worries. He is very personable, and has a great bedside manner. He listens to your concerns and if you speak to him about any pains or issues you're having, he gets right to them to ensure they don't bother you anymore. After dislocating my shoulder on a family vacation, I was having problems with pain and lack of mobility. He focused on my shoulder, adjusting and massaging, and within a couple visits it was like nothing had ever happened. I've always had great experiences with Elite Family Chiropractic.
