Eye appointment was thorough and quick, everyone was helpful and clear on the expected wait time for the glasses. My glasses needed adjustment after but the techs were knowledgeable and fixed it easily and right away. I'm very happy with the selection and service here!

UPDATE: Big thank you to Mark King for sorting this out for me. He immediately took action to make sure this situation doesn't happen again. I really appreciate the effort and will definitely be coming back to a Tyson Eye location for future appointments. It's often hard to find this kind of proactive staff... ORIGINAL REVIEW: Dr. Puerto herself was wonderful but the front desk staff was atrocious. It would have been nice to know that the fancy eyeball camera was not covered by my insurance and was going to cost me an additional $40 above my copay... This definitely should have been disclosed to me. I don't have $40 to throw around and I would have preferred to have had my eyes dilated instead.
