Dr Castenada has been wonderful. He is so friendly and knowledgeable and has taken care of everything I threw at him. I will continue to go to him and I highly recommend him!!

Was good at first but it’s bad now mostly related to his staff and his medical assistant. They don’t call back (even when you are asked to only leave 1 voicemail). I showed up to the clinic because I’m a proactive person only to be given attitude by the front desk and I’m sure Sandy because they were on the phone discussing my case with some kind of annoyance. Nothing is faxed over for a very time sensitive procedure and I’m told no when I requested my medical records. That’s illegal and I will be submitting a complaint to the medical board. When I asked when I should come back, I’m hit with an annoyed “idk, the ultrasound tech comes in at 830”. No regard for my time at all. I will be switching doctors.

The best Dr he takes his time with you in explaining diagnoses .

I will not recommend this dr to ANYONE. His treatment plan always results in pushing more and more pills. His staff doesn't follow-up in scheduling outside appointments OR calling in prescriptions. They FAIL to send orders for procedures that were planned months in advance BY THEM! If you want a dr that will truly care about your health and welfare, DO NOT trust your well-being to dr castaneda!!

Dr. Casteneda has done a wonderful job managing my brother’s health issues.
