Dr. Jenn is exceptional — professional, patient, and truly invested in her patients’ comfort and understanding. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel informed and at ease throughout your visit. Brandy, the hygienist, especially stands out. Yesterday I had my first appt. at Elgin Healthy Smiles Dental. To say my visit went well would be the understatement of the year. Not only did Dr. Rose Duong and her friendly staff treat me like family, they also were very professional and provided me with absolutely painless dental treatment. I am an old man and have been afraid of dentists my entire life. But now, that has all changed. Dr. Duong cheerfully and patiently explained every step of my treatment as she inserted a crown and performed a deep cleaning on my right side. I had this same procedure done at another dentist last year and it was very painful. I felt absolutely no pain during the procedures performed on me by Dr. Duong.
