Elevate Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine

Tamie Drees is amazing! I had multiple needs for my body, including hip misalignment, neck pain, recovery from mastectomy and reconstruction surgeries from several years back, and lower back pain. Tamie addressed all the areas I was having problems with at a rate that worked for my body. If something didn't feel right or caused any discomfort, she was quick to find an alternate way to provide therapy that worked best for me. I definitely recommend her as a Physical Therapist. She also provided great explanations in ways I could understand. Tamie is very personable and listens well. If I have any new issues come up that require physical therapy, she will be my first call.

I had a great experience at Elevate Physical Therapy. The staff was always very friendly and worked efficiently to keep appointments on time. My physical therapist was Tamie Drees, and I really appreciate her expertise and how much she helped me with my shoulder pain. She was fun to work with as well as those who assisted her in my therapy, and i've seen great improvement in my shoulder strength and decreased pain. She gave me the tools I need to get even better moving forward.

I've had recurring low back injury/pain for as long as I can remember. I tried chiropractic care for years. Justin at Elevate PT in Johnston helped me to physically and emotionally heal. He listened to my worries and helped me strengthen my muscles. The exercises he suggested are easy for me to do at home and have increased my core strength. I feel so much better now! Thank you for giving me my life back! The rest of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well!! Amie got me in right away for my initial appointment when I told her how much pain I was in. She continued to make scheduling a breeze! Peyton was very kind and genuine while helping me with my warmup at each appointment! Everyone here is great and cares about patient well being and success!

Elevate Physical Therapy has been amazing to work with, post both of my knee surgeries. They take the time to evaluate what has been done, and what my goals are to get back to where I was pre-surgery wise. They develop a plan that helps me gain back mobility, strength and comfort, without overdoing it and causing me pain in my recovery. They give detailed plans for exercises I can do at home between appointments. And they always great you with a smile and the compassion a patient is looking for when recovering from an injury. Bekah has always made sure that my comfort and healing are the primary focus. I would recommend them to ANYONE!

This group of therapists are simply the best. It is very obvious they care about each and every one of their patients. They are kind, professional, they listen to every concern and are truly dedicated to helping people. I have had the pleasure of being treated by both Tammy and Justin and they are both brilliant, personable, and make therapy fun. They go above and beyond and they took amazing care of me. I am so grateful for my experience at elevate! Also Amy at the front desk is the BOMB. I can’t say enough good things about this place and these people. Thanks for all that you guys do!!!
