He took ownership of my crummy back and was very interested in helping me avoid surgery. He sent me a video plan of exercises to do. My back will lock up where I cannot stand up straight. By sitting in a chair it will unlock and I can then stand up. I am hopeful the exercises sent to me will help me.

So grateful for the PT instructions, exercises & encouragement provided by Dylan. He said from the start we were in this together and if I did the exercises I would be able to do all the things I did before after my total knee. (Before surgery i was having trouble getting around even with a walker.) He was absolutely right, I was walking without assistance within a few weeks...he was so happy about how well I was progressing...I told him it's because I did the work. He set the bar high and im still doing the work...Hey Dylan, I'm 6 months out & my sit to stand , no problem😀 ...no real pain, still some swealing but i know im still healing... I'm kickboxing & dancing again!! Eternally grateful to you for helping me & making it possible get my life back!! dawn
