Had a tooth break in half and she got me in same day. she got me in and out in less than 45 minutes and no pain was felt when she pulled my tooth out. very nice people working there 100% would use again and recommend. this is the second tooth i have had pulled and this experience was great in comparison to the last place I had a tooth pulled.

Terrible service! First of all the Office Manager is not friendly at all and comes across to be rude! Then Dr. Jenkins herself is not a good dentist! My husband and I have nothing but problems with our teeth that Dr. Jenkins should have noticed while cleaning our teeth. We were patients of hers for years and would faithfully get our teeth cleaned every 6 months and X-rays done. Dr. Jenkins herself also cleaned our teeth and would say no issues see you in 6 month only to find out there were issue and we are having to pay more money and see specialist as a result of this. If she would have done her job we wouldn't have the issues we're having. It's not only costing us with money but time! Time is money! Definately didn't do her job! Not recommemded!

PLEASE READ THIS! This is my first time ever leaving a review about anything, but I felt I needed to share my Very unpleasant experience to warn others. My first visit with her was pleasant, but when I returned for an extraction it was a full Nightmare!!! I have had teeth extracted before and it was painless because, the dentists were professional and waited for the medicine to work before continuing. This was not the case with her. As soon as she applied the small amount of numbing agent in my mouth, she began to pull my tooth. It hurt so bad I almost bit her, because it took my breath away. I never in my life felt such a pain. When she was done, she didn't say one word to me. She put the tooth on the trey and left the room. She did not check on me or put gauze in my mouth to stop the ble

I was recommended by a good friend to try this office. I did not get the pleasure of meeting Dr. Jenkins but heard nothing but good things about her and her work. Overall the visit was outstanding. My son was seen in a timely manner and the procedure was relatively quick. The "only" concern I have is the receptionist. She is not customer friendly at all. When asking a question she had a look as if I was pulling "her" teeth. The answers she gave were short as if I seem to have irritated her for asking them. No smile or inviting greeting that would make you want to revisit. I will revisit though because Dr. Jenkins is not the one that made my experience the way it was. visited on 6 May 2019

To my Doctors Jenkins I appreciate everything thing you done for me my teeth look good and clean and healthy. I been in Augusta for almost eight years and been robbed out of my money and I went to help she is reasonable and a professional and caring her and her staff are wonderful peoples .I couldn’t ask for better because she is the best in Augusta Georgia. some people that come already have problems. With there mouth and she there to fix your problem. Give her a chance to fix it so you can smile here is a perfect example look at my mouth. I can smile again because of her. You better come where it can get fix right and feel better about yourself Thank you Queen Jenkins ❤️❤️❤️
