The entire staff had a pleasant attitude; with it being my first visit I was made to feel comfortable and in very capable hands. The doctor was down to earth and well educated and professional. He gave a simple explanation of what the problem was as well as the solution; which to my surprise was very reasonable in cost. I am grateful that I can in contact with office. Thanks guys.

This is a great dentistry. The entire staff, from the receptionist to my physician, was extremely professional, welcoming and thorough. Both of my hygienist were exceptional and made sure I was comfortable during my procedures. The office is very spacious, clean and calm. I highly recommend Augusta Family Dental.

Dr. Prince and Ms. Kelly were phenomenal today! They encouraged my son to be brave and made the cleanings and X-rays as smooth as they can possibly be. They have gained new clients for sure! I appreciated their professionalism and the warmth they showed my child.

First time visiting with my soon to be 90 year old mother. I was especially impressed with the compassion, patience, kindness and care from the time we walked in the door until the time we walked out. Every person we encountered made us feel like they already knew us. Thank you especially to Dr. Prince and his assistant Kendria for taking the time to listen to my mother’s concerns and formulate a preliminary treatment plan! My level of comfort with these two treating my mother has certainly been established

My hygienist was outstanding. Mrs. Moore, conducted a comprehensive exam and explained everything that was done,making it easier for me to understand what was going on with my teeth and gums. She also saved me money. I will be returning for my next appointment in six months. I hope she will be my hygienist at that time also.
