Elements Massage

I get monthly deep tissue massages at Elements Massage. My regular therapist is Tom and I’ve had a wonderful experience with him so far. He’s knowledgeable and provides care suited to my needs. At the start of each session, he asks me for what I want to focus on and for how long in each area, and appropriately customizes the session. I always feel rejuvenated after each session. He also suggests home remedies for recurrent problems to improve my conditions on a day to day basis. Highly recommended.

Lauren was amazing. I went in the day after a sports injury with a strained back muscle, and she was extremely knowledgeable. She gave me a great massage, clearly explained what had happened, and walked me through how to manage the healing process. I am definitely going back again and have a monthly membership after this experience.

Tom is my go-to massage therapist. I have gone to him every month since I was given a membership for Christmas of 2023. I get a 2-hour deep tissue massage, and it is an absolute dream to feel like all of your muscles are no longer tight and stiff. I really love his kindness and common sense. He is a great guy who knows how to make my muscles feel so much more relaxed.

Tom is amazing! As a personal trainer I’m constantly tight and Tom strips fascia, relaxes feet, resets necks- he’s sooo strong - great muscle work— amazing! Next time will book 1.5 hours with him.

Tom is the absolute BEST. If you are looking for an experienced therapist who can do deep tissue, Tom is it. Can be gentle, but knows how to apply strong deep pressure. I had been looking for a good therapist for deep tissue and had to go through so many therapists before finding him. Very strong, very intuitive. Highly recommend Tom!
