Elements Massage

I’ve been coming to Elements for years and I won’t go anywhere else! Their space is always clean and calming, and I’ve enjoyed 90% of my massages there. My last one was with Ali and I was not disappointed! She maintained great professionalism while hitting all target spots, and was happy not only to work on my knots but provide tips on how to stretch for at home relief.

This place is pretty nice, and the masseuses are really kind and communicative. I got a 90 minute massage recently and it was great. The heated bed was amazing and my masseuse was really good to check in with me about the level of pressure (since I’m a wimp about it lol). The whole experience was pretty great. My only complaints are that the massage seemed more like a 70-75ish minute massage, and if you aren’t a first time client, and you aren’t paying for a monthly membership, it’s kinda pricey. They also have a fee for “elite level” therapists, which when I called for a couples massage were the only option available for my husband, so we had to pay that extra fee to be able to get in.

Best massage I've ever had. I had an injury 4 months ago that really hasn't healed completely; Cameron confirmed to me all the places I already knew I was hurting, and identified muscles I didn't realize I was using to compensate. I felt safe and felt like he was very professional. I give 5 stars to the therapist. I would give the company itself maybe a 3 or 4. The interior of the building seems a little worn, and I would have liked to make the appointment by phone because I had some questions, but I tried the number a few times without success. But overall, I had a great experience. I feel so much better. I will go again!

Had such a great first experience here. The front desk was so friendly and the front area welcoming. The massage itself was so relaxing. Jessica did a great job to meet my needs. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

First visit back in a couple of years, I had some unused gift cards to use. I booked a 90-minute massage and was paired with Bree. Bree was incredibly intuitive and attentive to my needs. She listened closely when I requested light pressure and specified areas I preferred to avoid, she respected those preferences throughout the session. She regularly checked in to ensure the pressure was comfortable and guided me through the more challenging spots with care and professionalism. What stood out most was her unique approach and techniques — unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Bree’s style made the session both relaxing and therapeutic. I’ll definitely be booking with her again.
