Elements Massage

The front office staff was very friendly; however, my massage experience was a completely different story. I very clearly stated—in my paperwork, at check‑in, and again directly to the massage therapist before we began—that I wanted the focus to be on my head, neck, and hands. Instead, I received the usual quick hand rub, and he didn’t even touch my head or my neck. Not even once. I’m honestly confused—did he think I said not to touch my head or neck? Do they not offer cranial or scalp massage? I even specified that he didn’t need to work on any other area of my body besides those three. Additionally, I was asked in both my paperwork and at check‑in if I wanted the complimentary Biofreeze, yet this wasn’t done either. Mixed opinions about my latest appointment. The front desk staff were SO nice, friendly, and welcoming which helped me build even more excitement for my massage! My massage therapist was probably having a bad day however. Only asked one question before the massage, which was if there was any areas to avoid/focus on. This was also the first massage therapist to not tell me “we’re all finished” or “that will be the end of our session today” as they were finishing the massage. Instead, I received only a caustic “Do you need a cup of water?”. What bugged me most is my therapist did not talk/meet with me post session. I know it’s probably very similar dialogue that can get tiring to repeat to every customer (ex: reminders to drink water and stretch), but it also ties together the customers expe

Dirk has incredibly good flow and mechanics. While having great strength and the ability to apply pressure is great, I feel it is but a rather simpleton task. Dirk has it all. His anatomical knowledge is evident through the pattern of his handwork, glides, and symmetry. He is laser accurate and consistent throughout his massages. Elements Massage Peoria really renewed themselves with me after pairing me with Dirk to fit my likings and needs in a massage. Bravo.

Great massage but they couldn't find my account t and tried to charge me the non-members price. Was able to call my home studio and verify dont know why they couldn't.

Nicholas rocked my world today! One of the BEST deep tissue massages I've ever had and I've had a lot. I'm rarely impressed but his technique and strength were amazing. I'll definitely be booking him regularly. Thank you!
