Elements Massage

BE WARNED , was in some discomfort and went in October , was talked into a membership making my first massage cheaper . The whole concept was CANCEL ANY TIME , MONTHLY . Should have known that was a scam. Decided not even a week later to cancel . Searched up and down on the website for a place to cancel nothing found . Sent an email around the first of the month trying to cancel ... did not receive a response back for almost 2 weeks . Since now we are in the middle of the month I cant cancel and avoid being charged. Also when they did contact me this whole month to month thing is a contract they make you fill out a whole contract of cancelation. The place is a joke save your money . I know I will never go back . Had my friends come in for massages and Wendy snapped at one of them due to her not wanting to be stretched and made my friend nearly walk out of her session. They told me it was the worst massage they have ever had and they will never be back nor would they recommend Wendy she is so incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Great first experience here! Mimi performed my massage today and it was wonderful. We added on the essential oils (lavender) and the entire experience was very relaxing. If you are interested in getting massages monthly, it would make a lot of sense to get on their membership program because it saves you money. Would definitely recommend!

This location has AMAZING staff! The front desk person I normally encounter (Jordan) is very friendly and welcoming. My massage therapist (Alex) is VERY good. The facility is clean, calming, and inviting. Highly recommend this location!
