Front end staff were extremely helpful, informative & friendly! Explained the whole process, options, and details prior to entering the therapy room, and future treatment plans after my massage. Facility is super clean, relaxing, and calming. And would be remiss if I also didn’t mention an excellent massage therapist…..definitely able to offer the deep tissue massage I was in need of! Joseph offered every level from light to deep tissue & is able to really work the knots & aches. Highly recommend Elements!

My massage therapist Kaylani was amazing! She was very professional and polite. One of the best massages I've had in a while. Great self-care for my birthday! Can't wait for my next visit!

Jose was amazing! I told him I had issues with my shoulder. After working on it for 30 mins, he asked if I wanted my scalp done or continue on the shoulder. I appreciated that. Very professional! I am now a monthly member!!

EDIT to message below: Angela the manager was very accommodating in helping me cancel my membership after I moved saving time from making a trip to this wonderful location . I only canceled due to scheduling and moving otherwise it’s a great location and service. Very clean professional organized flexible. The therapists are fantastic and accommodating to your specific needs. I do love the added bonus of a warmed bed with a comfortable soft blanket on top of the linen sheet. The member package is unique in that you can add a person to your account that can use your service for that month in the event you can’t make it. Prices are fair 79/mo and it’s also spafinder gift card friendly! A shout out to amber and carol for being so great!

Nancy has been amazing. I had the worst shoulder/neck pain and she really dug into my knots and am feeling 100% better. Great location and relaxing atmosphere. Plus they will have December gift card deals, which is nice for gifting.
