Elements Massage

Went in for a float session and my experience was great. Very clean facilities, decently-sized private rooms, and there was even a high-end blow dryer suite for guests to finish getting ready without holding up the float room. Loved it, will go back whenever I’m in town!

We liked masseuse Jackie and we loved aesthetician Jess; yet Elements Acton management and lack of clarity in spoken (phone and in office) communication was terrible. We had a membership. We moved out of the area so we cancelled our membership. We had 2 massage credits remaining. We asked, "Will we be able to use these if we cancel our memebership?" We were given an in-person answer of, "Yes". No one pointed out the expiration on those two massage credits. Was it written in the cancellation contract. Yes. Should we have read it more closely? Yes. Did Elements of Acton point that out in the contract, or make any attempt to point out that the massage credits would expire after a couple of months? No, they did not. Nope. Watch out for this place and their "memberships". They try to hook you by offering a discount on their (overpriced for what you get) massages, then keep charging your credit card even when you can't possibly get an appt. If you try to cancel they put you through the ringer and keep charging your card. The massages were also sub par for the money. Better to go to an individual than a shady chain.

Elements Spa in Acton is not a place you'd want to visit if you're looking to relax. While the masseuses are excellent, the management is absolutely terrible. Staff turnover is high, so appointments are frequently canceled or switched to a different therapist than the one you originally booked. It's common to receive a text confirming your massage at the same time you're getting a call saying it's been changed. Cancellations often happen with less than 24 hours’ notice. I would strongly advise against booking a massage here. The stress and confusion caused by the disorganized management completely undermine what should be a relaxing experience.

Wonderful experience - great way to treat yourself to an opportunity to gain better well-being from head to toe. Staff member are warm & inviting. Skilled and they focus on your specific needs.
