After only a few sessions, I noticed that my pain wouldn’t come back as quickly as it used to after trying a regular massage or other therapies. I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for years and tried everything—massage, chiropractic care, stretching—you name it. Nothing truly worked until I met Rain. From day one, her attention to detail was unmatched. By my third session, I noticed a significant difference in my lower back pain, and I honestly felt like a different person. When I stopped my sessions, the pain slowly started to return, which is why I recommend scheduling appointments as close together as possible so your fascia doesn’t have time to reset into its trauma state. I started here with Rain with the intention just to reduce some of the general inflammation in my body. I came in with depression and after one session found that the work not only helped to reduce the inflammation, but also greatly helped with my depression. Rain is attentive and professional. She greatly helped me progress through my frozen shoulder treatment. With MFR, I have been able to push myself further in physical therapy to speed up the recovery process.
