I was out of town with my dog when he suddenly had a change in condition, and I decided to bring him here, so glad I did. I was initially hesitant about going to a new vet and worried about being charged for unnecessary treatments, but this ended up being a great experience from start to finish. I called last minute and was able to get a same day appointment within 30 minutes. The online intake form was quick and easy to complete. I was greeted promptly when entering and waited in the lobby for maybe two minutes before being seen by both the vet tech and the veterinarian. The staff were professional, kind, and efficient. We established care here last year where we needed Hawaii travel document for our cat. They did physical as well as that dna test was required. We had no problem getting into the state with our cat. Also our cat had a dental surgery in this place. I was worried sick, but staff was extra friendly , and they took care of him. Doctor confirmed gingivitis, so during the procedure one tooth was pulled. Cat was still sleepy next day after the procedure I was worried but staff told me it’s normal after the sedation like that. Also from pain medicine, but now almost 2 weeks later everything returned to normal. So Grateful for the amazing work. We’ll come back for routine vaccines end of May. I have had the pleasure of being a pet parent since 2020. And ELC has been so amazing with being my beautiful boy Mochi's pet Dr for his entire life. I would really trust this establishment. Great people. Great care for my 5 1/2 year old beautiful cat Mochi . Hands down great experience for over 5 years.

We’ve been bringing our pets to ELC for decades and now our grown daughters travel back to Sunnyvale for vet care here too. Dr B and Dr Z are brilliant and compassionate. They and their professional staff go out of their way to help our cats and dogs (and us!) feel better at every visit. They are simply the best!

I don't know why this place has such a good rating. We took our pet here for a checkup, the veterinarian didn't even notice that our cat had ear mites but couldn't wait to charge us $500 for annual shots. It seems he cares more about the money then the care of people's pets, disappointing.
