I needed an extraction done and a colleague suggested this location. Her feedback with her years of experience with the staff and dentist was part of the reason I decided to go, besides them being able to get all the work needed for my teeth. She was right! EVERYONE was the most friendly, caring, educated and really fun!!! Also very very very helpful. This was just the consultation! The office was very clean and they take the steps to follow rules and regulations. The day of extraction I was nervous, but they took the time to be sure I was ready, that I was comfortable, and that I received enough novicane for and during the procedure. Everyone treated my 6 year old daughter with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. They were gentle and through with every thing they did. They made her comfortable and constantly asked her if she was OK and where the pain was. The dentist and assistant were top notch with all that they did. When she was released, she was able to pick a prize and she was treated like a returning patient (and it was her 1st time there). Also, the receptionist Stephanie was the best part. Her smile, her warm welcome, made me and my daughter at ease from the moment we checked in, until our visit was complete. We definitely will come back here!!!

Coming from an extremely fearful patient, this is a phenomenal practice. From the moment I called them to the moment I left from my emergency appointment everyone made me feel 150% comfortable. Trusting a dentist is huge…..highly highly recommend!

Dr. Thurmond's dentist office is by far the best I've ever been to. Katie is my hygienist and she's so fantastic. She's super professional and knowledgeable, very gentle on the pearls, and keeps my chompers tip top. Dr. Thurmond is very nice and keeps me informed every step of the way, and the rest of the staff are so friendly. The wonderful lady at the front desk, Stephanie, is always smiling and is so friendly. Do yourself a favor. Make the call. Get that grill tuned.

A great deal of care is evidently taken by Dr. Thurmond and her staff when it comes to their patients. On my first visit, I was treated for a cracked tooth. In the course of the procedure, there was no pain or discomfort. It was a pleasure to be greeted by a professional and friendly staff who made me feel at ease and comfortable as soon as I walked through the doors. She took the time to listen to my concerns and to explain the procedure thoroughly during my appointment. Dr. Thurmond and her dental assistant demonstrated gentleness throughout the entire process and ensured that I was comfortable throughout. The office was clean and well maintained, and infection control protocols were carefully followed. Overall, I had a positive experience with Dr. Thurmond and her staff, and I am highly
