Dr. Naqvi at El Cerrito Pet Hospital saved my cat’s life. When my cat Prince Michael was just a year old, he suffered from a severe urinary disease. We took him to the ER four times where he went through painful, unnecessary procedures and was sent home with strong pain meds each time with no real solution. Then we found Dr. Naqvi, who swiftly got to the root of the problem. He prescribed the appropriate medications, changed Prince Michael’s diet, and gave him the care and attention every pet deserves. Prince Michael made a full recovery and is healthy and thriving. Dr. Naqvi continues to go above and beyond with incredible patience and thoroughness. We’ll forever be grateful. He is truly an exceptional veterinarian. 🐾💛

dr. naqvi is amazing. i brought my two anxious kitties, leo and binky, and he was so gentle and patient with them. he took his time, explained everything clearly, and you can tell he genuinely cares about animals and his customers. the staff at el cerrito was so kind and the clinic was very clean. i’m really grateful to have found a vet i trust. highly recommend!!!

Love DR.Naqvi with all my heart!!! His passion and love for animals is completely unmatched to anywhere I’ve ever been. My dog used to be scared of the vet and now he’s happy everytime he sees Dr. Naqvi! I absolutely recommend coming here! The staff is so empathetic and loving. 100/10!!!!!

DO NOT GO TO EL CERRITO PET HOSPITAL!!!! the vet is greedy!! Forces you to do work up on your pet when you have declined he keeps insisting! He quotes you one price then when you pick up your pet he changes the bill completely!! Staff looks underpaid and overworked Dr naqvi has no compassion at all plus he ask for payment to be in cash who does that i think hes scamming and does not want to pay taxes thats why he asks to pay in cash why else?!?! Please save your pets and your money and do not get scammed here

Omg 5/5 woof rating!! My dogs are always treated soo well. This veterinarian is older and experienced. He has kept our dogs and cats healthy for over 20 + years. The office staff are super nice. Like a family.Reasonably priced and takes pet insurance.
