Einstein Rheumatology at Klein Building

I can't say enough kind things about this office, staff, and doctors. Everyone is thorough from beginning to end. Dr Abdollahi is kind, compassionate, informative, and above all listens to the bigger picture. Never once felt dismissed. I had another rash/ muscle spasm flare up while being worked up for auto immune disorders and the office quickly responded to my concerns. Her colleague even called in a script to help ease my symptoms. Appointments have been made with a breeze.

I can't even BEGIN to describe the UTTER NEGLECT thay occurs REGULARLY at Einstein Rheumatology. They will outright FORGET about you. They will tell you that their schedule is messed up EVERY SINGLE TIME and say they'll call you when they can schedule. They'll forget that. They'll try to send immunocompromised patients to a blood drawing center during the PEAK of a pandemic. They almost never have the resources to do blood tests and send their patients elsewhere for it. The doctors FORGET to refill medications like Humira, which for me, prevents further SPINAL DAMAGE and allows me to function. And if they do rectify it, they won't inform the patient. They'll just put the medication in and the patient is left wondering, and calling YET AGAIN to find out if there's been any progress. They do

So I wish you the best of luck so far I've been with 1 hospital Jefferson 833 chestnut for 6 years which is the longest for right now they're undergoing a servira under doctors and understaffed. And now they have joined together with Einstein so be blessed be safe and always ask for a sept 2nd opinion

I was surprised to read some of the reviews because I went there for the first time and received really great service from the time I arrived. The Doctor, Dr. Tan was very nice compassionate, and took time with asking me questions, and explained herself very well her beside manner was great. The staff was very professional and kind.I walked out of there very happy.I am glad that I picked this practice.

Einstein rheumatology needs to hire and train more competent staff. When the doctor specifies that an in person appointment must be done and an in person appointment is scheduled, who in their right mind would leave a voicemail telling a patient that they are rescheduling them for a televisit? They scheduled my initial eval for HYPERMOBILITY ISSUES as a televisit as well. They are referring me to a geneticist while making sure I can’t see one because they have no measurements hyper mobility to send a geneticist to see if they will take me as a patient.
