Einstein Pulmonary at Klein Building

My visit. I signed in. And after 23 minutes of me signing in, I was told that I signed the wrong clip board & was marked as a no show. However, I was still seen. I will say the female staff members that do check in/out are loud and service is off. They were literally louder than the tv. Then to make it worse they don't actually tell you where to sign or which correct window to check in. My actual visit was about 5 minutes that's all. I could've stayed home. But will be back in a month for what I wanted done today.

Horrible experience. Tried making an appointment for my son, and the big girl with the long hair in the front is extremely hasty. Chasy or whatever her name is. Young immature girl. I'm not surprised they are losing all of their business because of her. I should've just listened to the reviews and never gone here. PLEASE TAKE THIS AS YOUR SIGN TO TAKE THE REVIEWS SERIOUSLY. UGH!

I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes now, only after spending nearly a hour on Wednesday trying to get ahold of someone so I can get my asthma medicine. I got transferred on the call to an answering machine and no one ever called me back. It’s such a difficult office/business to work with. It should not take three days to talk to someone.

They use to be good a few years back. Now, they have rude and petty staff. Large girl with all the make up at the desk always on her phone taking pictures and acts like you’re interrupting her.

I'd give it zero stars if it was an option. The girl that answers the phone chasity is HORRIBLE. I will not return there because of her. Her attitude has been horrible on multiple occasions, and she once gave me paperwork for ANOTHER PATIENT with all of their details!!! What the heck?
