Dr Manin has no bedside manner, absolutely none. She seems to think that everyone has sleep apnea per the other reviews and she cuts you off when you’re speaking. She’ll ask a question and then cut you off as you’re answering it. They don’t adhere to the scheduled times. I was there at 10:45 for an 11:00am appointment, I wasn’t called back until 11:45 and the Dr didn’t come in until 12:30. The receptionist wasn’t rude but she wasn’t nice or welcoming either. It was a horrible first experience and I won’t be going back.

I went here for an ER follow up for chest pain, which I still have. Dr. Manin had zero compassion for me! She handed me a mental health pamphlet and told me it’s just anxiety. Then proceeded to talk about my weight, and sleep apnea which I have no issues with my sleep! I’m not a doctor by any means, but this is my second time leaving here with NO questions of mine answered. She also told me when she goes home and thinks of patients that she is concerned for, I am not one of them..thanks for letting me know? I felt very invalidated. Of course my anxiety is up, Ive had random chest pain for days now! I will continue to advocate for myself and my body. I’ve never felt so unheard and unseen by a “professional” before.

Terrible staff. Not even trying to help with anything but only sticking to their damn scripts and transferring you from one person to another instead of trying to help. I only tried to schedule my annual check up and it was much more challenging than anticipated, and at the end of the day - was not even successful... I'm switching to another facility and I will recommend you to that as well. This one is really NOT recommended.

The staff here and Dr. Tatar is AMAZING. The Saturday appointments and the late opening times are so convenient. I'm glad to have switched from Temple University to here and I plan on staying.

I got there at 3:30, the staff told me "Since you are 1 hour late, I am not sure if the doctor see you or not, but you can wait here to take a chance." But the doctor was seeing 1:30 appointment patient at that time.
