Einstein Physicians Pennypack

I’m so glad this is the last year here at this office. Never had issues until lately. I made my child’s last appointment a month ago and I get a text today saying that if her insurance cards doesn’t reflect a current doctor their. I will have to reschedule. So I called because I’m already upset that they sent this notice so late. I called at. 3:18pm (mind the office closes at 4pm) I was on hold for 45 minutes!! And no one answered! I ended up hanging up at 4pm because the office closes at 4. Now I have to call tomorrow and see if she can be seen for there, Unbelievable !! So disorganized and unprofessional. It maybe nothing but don’t send a text that late in the day and a day before the appointment and have me (the parent) worried that my child MAYBE can’t be seen!

The ONLY good thing about this place is Dr. George. She is the best! The office staff are all extremely rude & unhelpful. I specifically requested my child see Dr. George for her wellness visit. Waited 1 hr. After my said appn't , then another 30 minutes in the physicians room only for a Dr. That i've never seen before. Got up & left. Front desk was too busy playing on their phones to help. This office has completely gone down hill in the past couple years. Be prepared to wait minimum of 1 hr. After your set appointment.

I've been on hold for 2 and a half hours and counting for a revised LMN for my daughter. I've been waiting and faxing over requests repeatedly since before Thanksgiving and nothing has been done. I've been to the office to ask about the situation and no resolve. This is so ridiculous. If it wasnt for Dr George, I would've switched practices because this is unacceptable.

We only come here because of Dr. Roy. I’m giving 5 stars because of her. Everything else is secondary. She has been great to our kids, who are now 16, 13, and 10. This is based on my experience with this office. If it wasn’t for Dr. Roy, I don’t think we would continue coming here.

Ive been on the phone for almost 2 hr to make my son's an appointment. This is totally unacceptable. Who has two hours to waste. For a 5 min phone call. Something need to be done about this i could have drove to the doctor office 10 times by now of I wasn't at work
