I have never written a negative review before, but this time I cannot stay silent. Every time my child gets sick, scheduling an appointment turns into a struggle. I am constantly told there are no available spots. However, the moment I insist or raise my voice, suddenly an appointment becomes available. Why does a parent have to fight to get medical care for a sick child? The front desk staff regularly speak in a rude and dismissive manner, as if patients owe them something. Aren’t they trained to be polite and professional? On multiple occasions, referrals were sent to specialists with errors, incorrect diagnosis codes were used, and the response was simply “sorry.” This is about children’s health — not small clerical mistakes. I’ve been going to this place for 18 years the last appointment I had there with my son. I believe the appointment was for 8 o’clock. We go there and the doors are locked. The lights are off. We’re looking in there knocking on the window. I’m like why would they give me a time for this and they’re not open so we go sit in the car for about 15 minutes maybe a half hour when we see a car pull up. She gets out and opens the door and goes in. I’m like what. I didn’t see nobody pull in I’ve sat there looking around the whole time and no one pulled in that parking lot except that lady that walked in the door, remind you it’s a tiny parking lot with a little building. No cars were in that parking lot except mine now there could’ve been cars around the building which you can’t see, so I told my so

I have had a very frustrating experience with my daughter’s pediatric office. They have canceled her appointments three different times. Each time they cancel, when I try to reschedule, they only offer me an appointment date two months later. I patiently waited for each new date, only to have them cancel again—this has now happened three times in a row. This has caused unnecessary delays in my daughter’s care and has been extremely stressful for us as parents. I understand emergencies can happen, but repeatedly canceling and pushing appointments so far out is unacceptable, especially for children who need timely medical attention.

Now I know why the rating is so low for this office. Does anyone even work here? If you try to bring your kid in if they’re sick, they just tell you to go to urgent care. Definitely time for a new doctor.

Never can get an appointment for my son! Highly disappointed in this office! All last year (2023) he kept sadly catching every single virus or bug that was traveling around while he was in school. Every time I've called them for an appointment, it would be completely booked until sometimes almost a month later! (As if my son would still be sick with the same bug/virus a whole month later!) Pathetic! I can say, we've never been treated badly from staff or Drs./Nurses, etc. But they just really need to get their business in order. It makes no sense to me why they never have any appointments for a child who's been going there for almost 12 years now... The only reason I'm even giving them 1 star is because of the staff. They aren't the ones who control the scheduling. The people who don't eve
