Einstein Pediatrics at Paley Building

If I could give zero stars I would, but this rating is not for the whole practice. This rating is for Alexis Azuroff And I might be misspelling this name, but how upset I am I don’t really care mind you I have been going to this doctor since my oldest child was an infant. Never have I ever had any problems or frustrations with this clinic but today my daughter went for her four year-old checkup and she had to get shots. I was holding my baby and telling her to breathe she was crying a little, but no moving at all. She was holding my finger and the doctor snatched her hand off of mine and I said oh she was just holding my hand and she said oh and gave her her needle. We get to the other side this time she’s on the side with me and I’m still holding my daughter telling her to breathe. She’s

Both my children go to this doctors only because they are right around the corner from our house but they are terrible, most of the doctors are student doctors being observed by actual doctors and it feels like they are just guessing most of the time and I’ve had Nurse practitioners at CVS’s minute clinic take their time and do more tests to find out what’s wrong with my kids then these doctors, when you call for a sick appointment they rarely if ever get you in the same day so I resorted to just showing up Which worked a few times and shockingly my daughter was in and out faster then a regular appointment the first time I did this but it only worked 2 times and then I was told there weren’t any walk ins there wasn’t any appointments for 5 days? I never had an issue, they call back when they say they are gonna call back , also the doctors had called me before to touch base on questions I have .. don’t go with an attitude and expect great service

They have the worst front desk staff no companion. My appointment was scheduled for 930 i got there at 9:35 and which I called & they told me it wouldn't be no problem. I arrived they told me I couldn't be seen. Multi times I go in there and they're short staff & make me waits hours before being seen and I never gave them any issues. Makes my blood boil.. I live an hour away from this hospital. I got all my sons records from them and hopefully I find something closer to home and with much better staff ugh

The operator has never been so shameless. Every time I called to make an appointment for root canal. they always said call back next time. This is what they say every time I call. It's not like they don’t care about you. They will also scold you. If you want make appointment for root canal don’t go there.
