Einstein Pediatrics at Center One

I asked front desk to make an appoitment for my 6 month old baby who had a some problem and needed check up.They didn’t made an appoitment cause they were fully booked and called me after month and said hey come for check up.really? They make an appoitment always after 1-2 month :))))) wooww.But the doctor eric is great that’s why i didn’t wanna change pediatrician clinic but i have no choice cause of stuff.And the women whos doing vaccine is rude person with no emotions with baby

Today we visited the pediatric hospital for my son’s vaccinations, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The staff member at the front desk who administered the vaccine was very rude and showed no empathy toward my child. The injection seemed unnecessarily painful, and she did not try to comfort him or explain what she was doing. It felt like she didn’t care about how scared or uncomfortable he was, which is especially upsetting in a pediatric setting where compassion is so important. As a parent, I expect medical professionals working with children to be patient, kind, and gentle. Sadly, that was not our experience today. I hope the hospital addresses this, as no child should be treated this way.

Very Disappointed with This Office I had the worst experience with my son’s pediatrician’s office. My son broke his thumb, and we made several calls trying to get a referral for him, but they simply would not put it through. At one appointment, we waited for hours while they said they were working on the referral, only for me to have to reschedule everything again. We called multiple times, my husband even tried from a different phone, and I did too, just trying to get someone to help us. Even the office where we had the specialist appointment called them several times, and it still wasn’t taken care of. Eventually, their manager had to contact the pediatrician’s office manager to finally get the referral sent a day later. This whole situation was completely ridiculous and extremely str

The nurse I don’t know her name, the one dressed like a nun was very rude. She asked if I speak English, and when I said my English isn’t very good, she started rolling her eyes, shaking her head, and showing attitude by slamming doors. Without explaining what vaccines she brought, she began giving them to my son. When I asked which vaccines they were, she threw a paper with the vaccine information at me. Terrible woman 👎👎👎 Dr. Eric Belser is a very good doctor who knows his job well. I am very grateful to him. If we didn’t have to change our insurance, we would have continued going to him always 👍👍👍

This is the absolute worst place. The staff are rude and unprofessional. There’s a rotating door of pediatricians so every time we arrive, we’re having to call the insurance to change primary cares to be seen. Today after waiting 2 months for my child to be seen, they say we have no appointment even though it was scheduled months in advance. The staff was ignorant and send us away and when we asked for a note for school, she refused to. It has been the worst experience so far. We went ahead and changed our kids doctors completely out of this office.
