Worst cruel attitude to their patient. They did not take a proper care of the patient, which lead to his death, who was in ICU, and after he died they dare called looking for him to ask how he liked their services. AFTER HIS DEATH!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEIR GAIN NOT PEOPLE, INSTEAD OF HELPING PEOPLE WHILE HAVING INDIVIDUAL APPROACH... HOW DARE!!!!!!

I am a new patient to this Dept. an am very disappointed in this office. I have called this office 4 times asking for my Doctor to give me a call. At this point in time I could be dying and wouldn't know because she hasn't called me back. If and when I get my lab results, I will start to look for another Doctor outside the Einstein Jefferson Network. Einstein is the worst. Staff talks like you are bothering them by asking questions. I don't understand if your office is open until 5 why don't you have not 1 Doctor that can talk to me?

My husband takes his uncle to see Dr Gupta. Dr Gupta is a wonderful doctor, very caring and attentive. However, the woman who greets patients as they come in is rude and lacks customer service skills. She did not make eye contact when speaking to my husband’s uncle then became annoyed when he didn’t answer her. He just could tell she was talking to him. My husband also witnessed her being unkind to other patients as well. Its hard enough for people to navigate the medical system and then have to deal with this kind of behavior when walking through the door.

After my transplant, I have been going here for 13 years. The crew of Dr. Gaitana Bradauskaite is among the greatest medical experts ever. Despite moving to Florida, I still come here for checkups .

My Daugther has been here for almost 2 weeks new Dialysis patient coordinator Debra was the rudest very slow at helping new patients feel comfortable and safe like they are inhuman with there words very unhappy
