I had my annual mammogram done at the Tabor Road location today . From the time I walked in the office it was very professional and on point . I must say Sarah , Sha, Taneesha and Jessica are amazing. My procedure was completed by Rachel and it went well 😊 The team @ AEMC are awesome and I truly recommend it ! 5 ⭐️ boobs for me 😂 Thanks , Ms Runway 💃🏿3/12/25

I'm giving one star because my nurses and doctor were great but I'm really disappointed and angered enough to write this review and not to bring my health concerns to this hospital again I came to the ER for hip and abdominal pain, I was treated and released but I stopped at a desk in C pod and asked the nurse if I could get some water, meanwhile I'm listening to Two black woman laughing and carrying on and they were mocking a patient because he was having a seizure and couldn't talk they looked right at me and laughed even harder. They were sitting at a computer station so I knew they were employees. I couldn't believe what I was seeing and hearing, I was outraged and appalled buy this behavior of these two woman. They had no regard or respect for the patient or those around them. If this

If there was a zero-star option, I would choose it instead of giving one star. The service I received was extremely poor and felt rushed. Additionally, the charges seemed overly arbitrary. I only visited one doctor once, but when I received the bill, it stated that I had seen two different doctors at the different location. I called to explain the situation, but the customer service representative seemed totally unhelpful. They asked me to contact the doctor I had never met, but couldn't provide the doctor office‘s number, and told me they didn't know it either!

Rude intake person. Extremely rude Triage nurse, roughly pulling and push my hoodie around my body (while I checked in for chest pain) in order to do my ekg test instead of simply allowing me less than 1 minute needed to remove it. On top of that they’re an insane man in the waiting room harassing myself and a wheelchair bound young woman. When she complained to security about him, she was given a dismissive response “ he always here”, and “he don’t got it all”.

Lots of the PCAs on the 5th floor tower are extremely lazy and don’t want to assist the elderly with going to bathroom, getting out of bed, etc. Their attitudes are nasty and they are not empathetic. They need special training on how to be empathetic and having patience with the elderly patients.
