I agree, Dr. Garner is a very nice man. The front desk lady is very rude and inefficient. She never calls back when you try to get an appointment and is always curt and unprofessional. If my husband didn't like Dr. Garner so much, we would go elsewhere. We have complained to the Dr. and staff and nothing is done.

My brother called as a first-time patient to make an appointment, but it was never scheduled. The woman who answered the phone was rude and dismissive. It’s surprising considering all the positive reviews for this office. The front desk is the first impression, and unfortunately, this one was unprofessional and unwelcoming. There’s probably a reason she doesn’t give her name — accountability matters, especially in a healthcare setting. Patients call because they need help and deserve to be treated with basic respect. Whoever is answering the phones needs better training in professionalism and customer service. Patients make the office possible — that should be reflected in how we’re treated.

Dr. Garner is a great Dr. But the lady at the front desk is passed rude and needs customer service skills. She's causing him to lose a lost of patients. I've been a patient over 10 years and I'm not looking for a new Dr because of her and I'm pretty sure he's not aware of how she speaks to his patients.

Dr Garner has a good staff they are friendly and polite, Dr Garner tells me what i needs to know.

The front desk lady is extremely rude!!! It’s sad really because the doctor is great but she is off the chain!!! She literally puts me on hold for 10 min then comes back to the phone does not let me explain that I have a nodule that was found in both lungs she talks over the top of me yells at me and tells me to give her my dob then proceeds to tell me I had an apt in Aug that I did not even schedule then she says well I’m gonna have to call you back to see an apt I have a lady here trying to pay her bill then sends me to a voicemail to leave my number!! This lady should be fired!!! Shame on her and the doctor should not allow her to treat his patience this way that is absolutely out of control!!!
