I feel so sad and frustrated right now. I’ve been waiting five months for this appointment, and when I arrived, the office was packed with people and running more than an hour behind. This is such a lack of professionalism because patients’ time is valuable. I waited for over an hour and a half, and there were still about ten people ahead of me. To make things worse, the front desk staff started eating, and the whole office smelled like food. I recommend finding another doctor who values your time and provides better service because today this place felt more like a food market than a medical office.

Was treated by Dr. Weiss for mild rosacea. The office visit was almost $300 (Im on Medicare) and he wrote $120 worth of prescriptions. The topical gel he prescribed, caused a major outbreak of pustules that spread to my forehead and cheeks!! I have been calling the office for three weeks, leaving messages with reception, Dr. Weiss‘s assistance, voicemail, etc. with not a single return phone call. I have literally called 10 times with no return phone call !! Avoid Hollywood Dermatology like the plague.. cause that’s what happened to my face after my visit there!

Dr Weiss has been my “go to” Recently Dr Weiss removed several large squamous cell tumors from my right ear. Of course I was apprehensive but the comfort, compassion, and his attention to detail allayed my fears I was so.concerned about what I would look like.
