I cannot for the life of me understand how this provider earned any positive reviews. Never in my 5 plus decades of life have I left an appointment in tears as a result of treatment by a provider until today. While she seemed normal and nice initially, she quickly began reprimanding me non stop during the grueling 2 plus hours I had to spend in her company. No matter how clearly I followed her instructions, she would snap at me as though I was a 2 year old. In addition to the non stop chastising, her delivery of results and information was done in such a way that I burst into tears after finally escaping her presence. This provider may be knowledgeable in her field, but she should not be patient facing. I am an intelligent, rule following adult who is more tolerable of folks than most peop

I am so pleased with Raleigh neurology’s Audiologist Dr. Edith Ferris. From the moment I walked into her office/testing room I felt a sense of ease. Her calm and patient nature put my uncertainty aside and I was able to begin my VNG testing with a positive outlook. Dr. Ferris is very thorough in her testing and initial explanation of what I can expect during my visit. In addition, the convenience of having my Neurologist and an Audiologist in the same facility is paramount.
