I’ve been to many eye doctors and clinics, but this one is hands down the best eye Doctor! The doctor and staff were amazing. The front desk team was so polite and made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. Marissa helped me next door with my glasses and contacts, and there was no pressure to buy anything I did not need. I even saw other customers getting the same great care, which says a lot. I’ve since been back for contacts and other eye care needs, and every visit has been just as excellent. The team here is professional, kind, and truly delivers a “wow” experience every time. If you’re looking for the best optometrist or eye doctor around, I highly recommend this location! Huge thanks to everyone — you’re all amazing! My kids and I love it here. The staff is so wonder. Get you in and out. Being my first time my visit was great with Trina and the Dr. Trina was very pleasant. I also needed assistance with my son glasses and even though it was my visit she assisted me with that issue and everything squared away. She kept checking in and made sure my visit was good from the beginning to the end.

Today I had the opportunity to visit Edisto Vision Center after being referred by a friend for my annual eye exam. Upon entering I was politely greeted and immediately offered assistance by Natasha. Dr. Thomas was friendly, professional, and provided excellent feedback while doing the exam that allowed me to better understand my individual needs. Once the eye exam was complete, I asked for Natasha to assist me with finding the perfect frames as our initial interaction led to my comfortability with her. She assisted me with finding a budget friendly option that best suited my needs. Thank you, Natasha for all your help. I can't wait to receive my glasses.

I travel a hour to and from Edisto vision yearly to come get my eye exam from Doctor Thomas. His staff friendly and so helpful. He have so much knowledge. I do not have to walk around to try to frame style myself. I been a patient there for six years. The same lady help me each visit. Natasha thank you for your help picking out my frames.
